Stock items are guaranteed for a full refund less shipping and handling for 30 days from date of sale. The exception is for pierced earrings, health regulations prohibit their return .Custom orders require a full deposit upon order. We regret that custom orders are not returnable.
Because our rosaries and devotionals are hand crafted, occasionally there may be slight variations in the materials other than what are depicted in our online catalogue. We make every attempt to be as consistent as possible in our designs and will never substitute materials of lesser craftsmanship or value from the originals. We do however, reserve the right to make such substituions due to availability when necessary. After 30 days, any defects due to material failure or craftsmanship will be repaired or replaced cheerfully.
Our
FedEx Delivery Service does not include weekend delivery.

Our standard shipping method is via US Postal Service Priority Insured Mail. International shipments go via US Postal Service Global Priority Mail.
Our FedEx service does not provide delivery or pick up on weekends. Please take this into advisement when scheduling time sensitive orders.
All of our pieces are hand crafted and made-to-order. We make every attempt to ship our items in a timely fashion.
